WaterGuard installation
The WaterGuard is installed by digging out a section of the original concrete, and then placed in that space surrounded by gravel, and then covered with a thin layer of concrete. The WaterGuard works by catching any of the water intrusion, and then it carries that water to the TripleSafe sump pump.

WaterGuard after installation
This is the after installation. Although the original concrete was dug up to make space for the WaterGuard to be placed, it is covered by a new layer of concrete. Once this dries down it will not be noticeable that there was work done there. This helps to keep the aesthetics when you look to finish your basement.

TripleSafe sump pump installation
The TripleSafe sump pump is installed in a hole that is dug in the concrete as well. The pump stands sit below the concrete, with the pipes out of the top. The gapes in the area are filled with concrete as well.

TripleSafe sump pump after installation
The TripleSafe is hardly noticeable once installed. The TripleSafe sump pump is our top of the line sump pump. It allows intruding water to be pumped out of the home. Once the WaterGuard carries the water to the sump pump, it pumps the water out and away from the home. It comes equipped with battery backup and the WaterWatch alarm system. In case of power outage your sump pump will still work, and the WaterWatch works to alarm the homeowner if water in the basement ever reaches a level at which the sump pump should have pumped the water out.

IceGuard
IceGuard sits on the drainage lines on the outside of the home. IceGuard was perfectly engineered to ensure that the drainage lines will never clog, even during freezing temperatures. The design allows for water to flow out if there ever is a freeze in the line, but when a freeze is not present the water is not able to free flow outside of the holes. This ensure that there is no water pooling up at the side of the home causing further issues.
