CleanSpace Wall System
The CleanSpace Wall System is installed to the walls of the basement and provides a barrier between the basement and the moisture. The water drains behind the CleanSpace liner and into the WaterGuard. The WaterGuard is pictured and it is beneath the thin layer of concrete. The WaterGuard is what drains the water to the sump pump. The concrete that is covering the WaterGuard will dry down to match the rest of the concrete in the basement.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
The TripleSafe is our top-of-the-line sump pump. It comes equipped with battery back-up, 3 CleanPump stands, WaterWatch alarm system and twin liners. This is the sump pump to have if being installed in a home going on the market. It will continue to work during outages and will alert the homeowner if the water ever happens to reach a level at which the water should have been discharged.
SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier
This SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier is guaranteed to keep the space dry all of the time. This Sedona was placed in the crawl space of this home to keep the relative humidity low. This ensures that moisture will not be an issue, which could end up leading to further damage.
Lawn Scape Outlet
This is what caps off the end of the discharge line from the TripleSafe sump pump. This is where the water is discharged out of. It is placed far enough away from the home so that the water backing up and draining back into the home never has to be a concern. It is also discreet and keeps up with the aesthetics of the home.
