CleanSpace and SilverGlo
CleanSpace is the white liner, and it is installed all throughout the crawlspace. It is laid on top of a drainage matting that allows the water to drain behind the liner, and to the sump pump. CleanSpace acts as a barrier between the Earth and the inside of the home. Not only does it keep the crawlspace dry, but it also creates a bright white space. The SilverGlo is a foam paneling that is installed to the walls and resists heat conduction. This cuts down on moisture and condensation.

SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier
The SaniDry Sedona is our top-of-the-line dehumidifier, that keeps the relative humidity down in the crawlspace. The SaniDry is set to the correct range once during the installation process, and then it is something that the homeowner will not have to worry about again.

TripleSafe sump pump
The TripleSafe is the top tier sump pump. It comes equipped with battery back-up system, three clean pump stands, the WaterWatch alarm system and twin liners. This sump pump ensures that the basement will stay dry all of the time. In case of power outage, which happens most of the time during storms, with a lot of rain, this sump pump will still be pumping the water out and away from the home. The WaterWatch alarm system, is another form of backup and alerts the homeowner if the water in the crawlspace ever reaches a level at which it should have been drained out.

IceGuard
The IceGuard is installed to the exterior of the home to the drainage line. The IceGuard works to ensure that if in the event of a freeze, the drainage line will not back up, causing a flood into the crawlspace. If the water in the line freezes and causes a blockage, IceGuard is designed to allow the water to flow out of the openings at the top, so the water is still exiting the home. However, due to the structure, if the line is blockage free, the water cannot just flow freely out of the openings all of the time, causing an excess of water building up directly on the exterior of the home.
