Waterproofed Basement
In this picture the CleanSpace, WaterGuard, TripleSafe sump pump and Egress window are all included. The Cleanspace is the white liner and allows the water to drain behind it to the WaterGuard. The WaterGuard is installed under the original concrete floors, and it drains the water to the sump pump. The TripleSafe is the top-of-the-line sump pump and it comes equipped with battery back-up and the WaterWatch alarm system. This ensures that this basement stays dry all of the time. The Egress window can withstand, rain, snow, uv rays and is another installation to waterproof a below ground basement with windows.
Discharge Line
Once the water is drained to the TripleSafe sump pump, that water has to be pumped out of the home somehow. That is where the discharge line and LawnScape outlet come in. The water is pumped out and away from the home using the discharge line, which is buried underneath the ground after installation.
EZ Flow drainage
This was installed to provide drainage of the exterior water to the interior pump. The EZ Flow is assembled in a way that allows for better flow of water, and ensures that water will not pool up outside of the home, causing any issues.
