Wet Basement
Water was infiltrating this basement, and this was less than what was normally coming in, however this still can cause major problems, and we knew that we wanted to get this fixed for this homeowner, before it worsened further.

WaterGuard
WaterGuard is installed under the concrete floors of the basement. The crew digs out a hole on the perimeter of the basement, and that is where the WaterGuard is laid. Once it is laid in the hole it is covered with gravel, to act as a filter so the WaterGuard does not get clogged, and then covered with a thin layer of concrete. The WaterGuard drains the water that has leaked in from behind the CleanSpace.

SuperSump sump pump
The SuperSump sump pump is what is ensuring that this basement stays dry. After water has leaked into the basement behind the CleanSpace and into the WaterGuard, it is transferred to the SuperSump, which is in charge of pumping the water out and away from the home. This SuperSump came equipped with the WaterWatch alarm system, which alerts the homeowner if the water ever reaches a level at which it should've drained.

IceGuard
IceGuard was installed on the exterior drainage line at this home, and this ensures that there is never a blockage in the line during a freeze. It is specifically engineered so that in case of a freeze, the water can still run out of the holes at the top. However, if there is no freeze the surface tension does not allow the water to flow out of the holes.
