WaterGuard Installation
WaterGuard is installed in a hole that has been dug out from the original concrete in the basement. WaterGuard is used to drain the water to the sump pump. It is surrounded with gravel to act as a filter, ensuring that the WaterGuard will not become clogged with sediment or debris.

WaterGuard Installed
Once the WaterGuard has been placed in the hole dug, and surrounded with the gravel, it is the covered back up with a thin layer of concrete so that it blends in with the rest of the basement. Once the WaterGuard is installed, and the concrete dries down, the only difference you will find in the basement is that it is staying dry.

TripleSafe sump pump
The TripleSafe sump pump is our top of the line sump pump. It comes equipped with twin liners, back-up battery systems, and the WaterWatch alarm system. All of these help to ensure that this basement is going to stay dry all of the time. The WaterWatch alarm will alert the homeowner if the water ever reaches a level at which it should have been pumped out of the home.

IceGuard
IceGuard was installed to the exterior drainage line, and ensures that during a freeze a clog will never occur during a freeze. It is specifically designed to allow the water to flow out of the holes at the top if there is a freeze, but if the lines are fully open due to surface tension, water will not leak out of the holes.
