CleanSpace and WaterGuard
CleanSpace is the white liner that is on the walls, and it allows the water to drain behind it, while it acts as a barrier between the moisture and the basement. It is equipped with antimicrobial properties, which prevent mold. WaterGuard, is installed under the original concrete of the basement floor and it collects the water drained behind and carries it to the sump pump. It is covered with a thin layer of concrete, that way everything looks cohesive, and the homeowner will not be able to tell a difference once the work is completed.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
The TripleSafe is the top of the line sump pump. Equipped with back-up battery, twin pumps and the WaterWatch alarm system, it ensures that this basement will stay dry all of the time. The back-up battery means that the homeowner will never worry with water flooding the basement during a power outage, and the WaterWatch alarm will alert the homeowner if the water ever reaches a level at which the sump pump should have pumped the water out.
SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier
The SaniDry Sedona is our dehumidifier provides healthier air for the whole home, and also ensures that moisture will not be found in the air of this basement. The SaniDry Sedona ensures that mold and mildew cannot grow in this basement.
IceGuard
IceGuard was installed to the exterior drainage line, to prevent floods during a freeze. If the water was to ever freeze in the drainage line, causing a clog the IceGuard allows the water to flow out over the top so that it is not backing up into the basement.
