Before Installation
Prior to installation, this crawl space was full of moisture and overall was not a usable space. We wanted to give this homeowner not only a space that they could use if they ever needed, but a space that is moisture-free and will not cause a hassle for them.
CleanSpace and SilverGlo
CleanSpace is a durable liner, that lays across the floor and walls of the crawl space. It acts as a barrier between the Earth and the home. This allows for no moisture to penetrate through to the crawl space, allowing it to stay dry. SilverGlo also works as a vapor barrier, holding back the moisture, being made with organic materials, it does not support the growth of mold or mildew.
SmartSump
The SmartSump sump pump is what collects any moisture and water, and drains it out and away from the home. The SmartSump comes equipped with the WaterWatch alarm system, which alerts the homeowner if the water ever reaches a level at which the SmartSump should have pumped it out.
LawnScape Outlet
LawnScape is what we install at the end of the discharge line. Not only is the LawnScape how the water exits the discharge line, but the grated design deters leaves, animals and debris. The rugged build also allows for the LawnScape to stay strong, and not break even with the lawn being used.
