Our rep, Eddie Hyde, was timely, professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. Rather than sell us on his expensive fix for our water problem, he found a less expensive solution - which meant he didn't make any money. How often do you find someone that trustworthy and willing to do the right thing instead of making a buck? He also recommended two professionals to do the work and ensured we had their contact information as well as calling them to give them our names. I would definitely recommend him if you have a water problem. He clearly knows his stuff, and you can trust him to have your best interests in mind above his own - and to me, that's worth a lot more than money.
