Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing and Foundation Repair in Dacula, Georgia

Basil L, from Dacula Georgia reached out to Atlanta Basement Systems after finding us on the Internet. He had been living in his home for 20 years, but for the last 6 years he had been having issues with his basement flooding. A couple of times there had been gallons of water getting in. Upon an inspection with a System Design Specialists, it was discovered that the home's foundation was also cracking and unlevel in a couple of places, so Basil wanted to fix that as well.    A couple of things needed to be done to fix this home's basement and foundation. The bricks on the entry way were cracked and separating due to the uneven foundation. In order to fix this, our crew used PolyLevel injection foam to quickly and permanently lift the entry way again. To fix the more structural foundation issues, we installed multiple helical piers to support and raise the foundation back to its original height. To protect the basement, we installed WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system that sends the water out through a TripleSafe Sump Pump. Additionally, we added the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier system to prevent moisture from getting in and to lighten up the space.    Now the home is supported again and the basement is staying dry all the time!
