This homeowner was looking to finish their basement but they wanted to get it waterproofed first. After reaching out to schedule a free inspection, Trey went out to their home in Demorest, Georgia. During his inspection, Trey found signs of water damage and pointed those out to the homeowner. After looking at the basement and discussing the homeowner's concerns, Trey created a custom solution to properly waterproof this basement and the crawl space.    For this job, Ken and his crew went out to do the installation, and they did an amazing job! They installed WaterGuard which is a sub-floor drainage system. Along with that they installed a TripleSafe sump pump to pump any water out of the drains quickly before flooding can occur. On the walls they used the CleanSpace Wall System to create a vapor barrier that prevents moisture from getting in the walls and in the air. The finishing touch was adding a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to control relative humidity.    The basement and crawl space both look better and they will stay protected from moisture!
