WaterGuard and CleanSpace Wall System
The CleanSpace Wall System is an interior waterproofing system. It is the white liner that you are seeing, and it acts as a barrier between the water and moisture and the basement. It allows the water to drain behind the liner, and down into the WaterGuard. The WaterGuard is a drainage system that is installed under the floor of the basement, and covered with a thin layer of concrete. These two together work to drain the water and take it to the sump pump.

SuperSump Plus and SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier
The SuperSump Plus is the sump pump installed into the home. It discharges the water out and away from the home, that was drained into the WaterGuard. This one is equipped with the WaterWatch alarm system, which alerts the homeowner if the water ever reaches a level at which the pump should have discharged the water out of the home. Connected to the sump pump is the SaniDry Sedona. It is our top-of-the-line dehumidifer that works to keep the relative humidity of the basement low, ensuring that the basement will stay dry.

IceGuard
IceGuard is installed to the exterior of the home connect to the drainage line, and it ensures that during a freeze, the line will never clog or back up. It works, because if the water in the line does ever freeze, the openings at the top of the IceGuard allow the water to flow out onto the ground, that way the water is not backing up into the basement causing a flood. However, whenever the line is not frozen over the water does not flow out of the holes due to surface tension, that way the exterior of the home is not flooding with water constantly, allowing it to seep back into the basement through the walls.
