CleanSpace and WaterGuard
CleanSpace is the white liner that is installed to the walls. It is a thin liner that acts as a barrier between the space and the moisture. The water leaking into the basement drains behind the CleanSpace liner, and down into the WaterGuard. The WaterGuard is placed in a hole in the ground and then covered with gravel and a thin layer of concrete. Its installed around the perimeter of the basement, and is a travel way for the water to reach the sump pump.

SuperSump Plus sump pump
The sump pump is what extracts the water out and away from the home using the discharge lines. The SuperSump Plus was installed, equipped with the WaterWatch Alarm system. This alerts the homeowner if the water ever reaches a level at which the sump pump should have pumped it out.

LawnScape Outlet
The LawnScape is installed at the end of the discharge lines, and this is what the water exits out of. The standard discharge line is ten feet long, and this ensures that once the water is discharged, there is no chance of it backing back up into the home, or causing damage to the exterior of the home.
