WaterGuard
WaterGuard is installed to the bottom perimeter of the home, and it is designed to catch any water that may be leaking into the basement. It is installed under the concrete, and allows the water to flow to the sump pump, without flooding or disturbing the integrity of the basement.
PowerBraces
PowerBraces are custom fit to the basement wall height, and they are secured to the walls. The brackets are anchored to the floor and the joists, and these allow for tightening over time. Since the PowerBraces tighten over time, this allows for less invasive work to be done, whilst still preventing wall failure.
IceGuard
IceGuard was installed to the exterior drainage line, designed specifically to ensure that the drainage line is never blocked during a freeze. In case of freeze, the IceGuard has the holes at the top, which allow the water to flow out. However, due to surface tension, if there is no blockage, the water will not flow out of the holes freely.
TripleSafe sump pump
The TripleSafe is the top of the line sump pump. The TripleSafe comes equipped with back-up battery power, twin pumps, and the WaterWatch alarm system. With these add-ons to the TripleSafe, it ensures the basement will stay dry all of the time. The WaterWatch alarm alerts the homeowner if the water ever reaches a level at which it should have been pumped out of the home.
