Before Waterproofing
This basement was leaking water, and in this picture you can see the evidence of where the water was coming in. As a homeowner you do not want to make the massive expenses of finishing out the basement, if water is just going to leak in and ruin the work that has been done. That is why we wanted to ensure safety and waterproofing in this home and basement.

WaterGuard and ThermalDry
The ThermalDry Wall System helps to waterproof by allowing the water to drain behind it to the WaterGuard, while also providing insulation. The WaterGuard is installed under the concrete, collecting all the water and carrying it to the sump pump.

TripleSafe
The TripleSafe sump pump is top of the line. This allows the basement to stay dry all of the time, by pumping the water out of the home. Coming equipped with twin pump liners, battery back-up systems and the WaterWatch alarm system. Battery back-up ensuring that during a power outage it will still run, and the WaterWatch alarm system to alert the homeowner if the water ever reaches a level at which it should of been pumped out of the home.

IceGuard
IceGuard is installed to the exterior drainage lines, and is extra protection to ensure that this basement will never deal with water leakage again. Specifically designed to allow the water to still exit the home, even during the cold months if the lines ever freeze over.
