CleanSpace and WaterGuard
CleanSpace is installed to the walls, and allows the water to drain behind the liner and into the WaterGuard. This ensures there is no moisture in the basement, and the liner is antimicrobial, meaning that no mold will grow. The WaterGuard is installed under the concrete, and collects the water draining behind the liner, and carries it to the sump pump.
TripleSafe
The TripleSafe sump pump is the top of the line sump pump. It comes equipped with battery back-up system and the WaterWatch alarm system and twin pump liners. The battery back-up ensures that the sump pump will dispense the water during a power outage. The WaterWatch alarm system alerts homeowners if the water ever reaches a level at which it should have been pumped out of the home.
Wall Restoration
The walls were restored, not only giving the basement an updated look, but also helping with the waterproofing process.
IceGuard
IceGuard is installed to the exterior discharge line, and allows the water to continue to be pumped out of the home, even if the line freezes over during the cold months. This further ensures that the basement is going to stay dry all of the time.
