Water Damage
On the walls of this basement, efflorescence is present. Efflorescence is the salt deposits that are left over once water has entered the basement, and sat on the walls. This picture serves to show the extent of damage this basement has suffered due to water entering the area.

CleanSpace Wall System
The CleanSpace Wall System is installed to the walls, and it allows for the water to drain in behind the liner. It acts as a barrier, and allows water to drain in, without adding moisture and humidity into the basement. It is also antimicrobial, and does not allow mold to grow.

PowerBraces and Temp Supports
PowerBraces were installed to the walls of the basement to fix the structural integrity of the foundation. PowerBraces are custom fit to the height of the basement walls, then anchores to the floors and joists. These allow for tightening over time, which allows us to do less invasive work. The yellow poles pictured are the temporary supports we placed, while we complete the work.

WaterGuard
WaterGuard is installed around the perimeter, once a hole has been dug in the concrete. The WaterGuard is then placed in the hole, and covered with a thin layer of concrete. The WaterGuard collects the water that is drained behind the CleanSpace wall system, and carries it to the SuperSump sump pump.

SuperSump sump pump
The SuperSump is installed to pump the water out and away from the home. Once the water has drained behind the CleanSpace wall system, and through the WaterGuard, it is drained to the sump pump. The sump pump then pumps the water out of the home. The SuperSump came equipped with the WaterWatch alarm system, which alerts the homeowner if the water ever reaches a level at which it should have been pumped out.
