After performing a free inspection, Trey found multiple issues in this crawl space including high humidity, mold, and sagging wood foundation supports. After pointing out these issues and how they affect the home, the homeowner wanted a solution. In order to keep this clean and dry, Ken and his team sealed the crawl space and then used the CleanSpace encapsulation system to create a vapor barrier. Then they put in a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier along with a condensation pump to ensure relative humidity stays at the proper levels. The Sedona can also filter out dust and mold particles to keep the air fresh. To fix the issues with the foundation, Ken installed multiple SmartJacks to stabilize the floor joists. Now the crawl space looks great and shouldn't have any more issues!
