There was a concern of mold in the home, and he had just recently gotten new floors upstairs in his home, and did not want to run the risk of ruining those. He gave us a call and we were able to get all of these concerns settled for him. In this job we installed CleanSpace and wrapped the piers which sealed off the house to the Earth, preventing moisture from entering the space, and it is also equipped with antimicrobial properties, which eliminates the customers concern of mold growing in the home. The crew also installed CleanSpace vent covers, which prevent the outside air from entering the home, which allows the relative humidity to stay low. SilverGlo was installed as well, which is a foam insulator that helps to resist heat conduction. Lastly, a Sanidry Sedona was installed, which is the smallest, highly-efficient dehumidifier and it is set to keep the relative humidity below 60%, which is ideal.
