Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: foundation settling repair in Palmetto, Ga

This customer in Palmetto was dealing with the issue of the foundation of his home settling. There were a few different ways that we were able to help him out, and we installed different pieces of equipment to fix any and all issues that he was dealing with. Titus and crew were sent out and they installed SmartJacks, CleanSpace, the SuperSump Plus, SilverGlo, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. Not only are the SmartJacks going to help to fix the structural foundation issues in his home, but the home also got waterproofed to ensure that there would no longer be any issues in the crawl space. The SmartJacks are installed in the ground, to stable soil, and then the hole is closed off with concrete. All of the steel beams are then connected together and tightened in place stabilizing and leveling the foundation of the home. The CleanSpace and the SuperSump Plus are installed to allow the water to drain behind the CleanSpace, and it is collected in the SuperSump Plus, and then pumped out and away from the home. This keeps the crawlspace dry, and the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier keeps the crawl space dry all of the time. This customer was left pleased with the results, and had the peace of mind that his house was going to stand the test of settlement.
