This customer was dealing with issues of mold, odors and moisture in his crawl space. Someone living in this home had allergies, so the mold was a big issue for this homeowner. He was interested in getting the crawl space inspected and receiving a quote for the work. He scheduled an appointment with one of our sales reps, and they were able to inspect the space. Upon inspection, it was found that this customer was going to need the CleanSpace vapor barrier, the CleanSpace vent seals, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and mold remediation. The crew was sent out to get the job done, and they were able to get this customers crawl space dry. The CleanSpace vapor barrier is a liner that is placed on the floor and the piers, and it allows water to stay behind it, and provides a barrier so the moisture is not in the crawl space. The vent seals provide a seal from the outside of the home, preventing any moisture or humidity to leak into the crawl space. The mold remediation got rid of all of the mold that was existing in the crawl space. Lastly, the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier will keep the crawl space dry all of the time, and can hold up to 100 pints of water daily. Once this project was complete, the customer was happy with the results, and had the peace of mind that mold was no longer going to be an issue in their home, and would not promote any health issues.
