SmartJack and CleanSpace installed
The SmartJack was installed in this home to permanently stabilize the floor joists and foundation of this home. Once water is in the crawl space for a prolonged time, it can lead to a decrease in the structural integrity of the foundation. In this picture you can also see the CleanSpace, it is the bright white liner that not only ups the appeal of the space, but it also is the barrier between the water and the crawl space, keeping the area dry.
IceGuard
This is one of the best inventions by Larry Janesky himself, especially for homes in the northern region of Georgia. We all know that during the winter, the days and night get really cold, and we run into freeze watches. This specific piece ensures that even if a freeze was to happen, the water will be able to run out over the edge. This will make sure it does not back up into the home, however when there is no blockage in the drainage line, the water cannot leak out of the holes. This ensures that water is not constantly pooling up right at the exterior of the home, which can cause just as many issues.
SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier
This is our top of the line dehumidifier, and it ensures that the crawl space is going to have low relative humidity. When the relative humidity of the crawl space gets high that is when it can lead to wood rot and many other issues for the homeowner, and the SaniDry Sedona ensures that none of those will happen.
SuperSump sump pump
The sump pump is what we install to discharge the water that is in the crawl space. The CleanSpace is equipped with a drainage matting, and this is how the water flows down behind the CleanSpace, then draining to the sump pump which discharges the water out and away from the home. This sump pump also had the WaterWatch alarm installed. This keeps the crawl space dry ALL of the time.
