Flooded Crawl Space
In this photo it is evident that this crawl space had taken on too much water, and something needed to be done to prevent this from happening to the next homeowner. Water in a crawl space is not only a nuisance, but it cause mold and mildew to grow, along with weakening the integrity of the foundation. This causes a scare for all, and would have been a big turn around while trying to sell the home.
CleanSpace
CleanSpace is a durable liner that provides a barrier between the Earth and the crawl space. This ensures that water cannot infiltrate the crawl space and cause any issues with the quality of air in the home, or the foundation. It is equipped with antimicrobial properties to prevent mold, and it turns the crawl space into clean, useable space.
SuperSump
The SuperSump is one of our sump pumps. The sump pump collects the water that is drainung behind the CleanSpace liner, and pumps it to an exterior location outside of the home. With the being a home that was on the market, the sump pump came equipped with the WaterWatch alarm system. The WaterWatch alarm alerts the homeowner if the water in the crawl space ever reaches a level at which it should have been pumped out. The SuperSump ensures that this crawl space will stay dry.
