CleanSpace
CleanSpace was installed in the crawl space, and it acts as a vapor barrier between the Earth's moisture and the crawl space. Once the CleanSpace is laid, it allows the water to drain behind the CleanSpace so that the crawl space is not taking damage, and can be turned into dry, usable space.
SmartJacks
SmartJacks are installed into the crawl space to level and stabilize the floors in the home. They are steel beams, and once they are installed into the ground, and the floor joists, they are all connected and tightened into place. Once tightened they begin to level and stabilize immediately.
