The crew was sent out and they were able to determine exactly what would need to be done to fix the issues of concern for this customer. They installed a basement waterproofing system along with SmartJacks and supplemental beams to fix the issues of droopy floors. The waterproofing system included CleanSpace, CleanSpace vent seals and the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. The CleanSpace is laid to encapsulate the space, and create a vapor barrier. It allows water to drain behind it, and also creates a bright atmosphere in the space. The CleanSpace vent seals, are to cover the vents in the space, and it creates a seal between the basement and outside air. The last piece of the system is the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. This is the highly-efficient dehumidifier that keeps the relative humidity down during every season. The CleanSpace is a durable liner that provides a vapor barrier in the basement, and allows the water to drain behind the liner. It keeps the moisture out of the area. After installation
