Humidity meter
This is the meters that are used inside the home to determine the relative humidity percentage in the space. Once the relative humidity level is above a 65% that is when you will start to notice moisture in the air. This customers was at a 70%, which means they were likely to have moisture in their crawl space or start noticing moisture soon.
SilverGlo
This is the foam board insulation that was installed to provide a vapor barrier in the crawl space and also resists heat conduction. This is another preventative to keep the moisture out of the crawl space.
SmartJacks
This is the SmartJacks beams that are installed and provide stability to the homes foundation. They are underneath the ground, surrounded by concrete to provide extra stability and the whole system is connected and tightening into place. This helped to level out the floors of the home.
SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier
This picture is of the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier that we placed in this crawl space. This is a highly-efficient dehumidifier that keeps the air dry and the relative humidity percentage down during all seasons. This is also what the SaniDry Sedona, the SilverGlo and the SmartJacks looked like once the project was done.
