This crawl space was dirty and humid and needed a makeover. To fix it up, Devon and his crew first removed all the debris from the crawl space and then sealed the vents from the inside. Once that was done they were able to install the CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system and wrap the bottom of the piers. This gives the crawl space a clean, bright appearance but it also creates a vapor barrier to protect the space from moisture and mold. Additionally, they installed a SaniDry Sedona to control the relative humidity and filter the air.  Now the crawl space looks amazing and is guaranteed to stay dry!

We installed a custom-sized EverLast crawl space door after measuring the customers crawl space entry. The EverLast door will never warp, crack, shrink, or require maintenance, unlike wood or metal doors. With its heavy duty weatherstripping, this homeowner will never have to worry about humid air, water, or pesky pests entering their crawl space. 

Pressure from the soil on the other side of this foundation wall caused it to bow inward and crack. To halt the inward movement of the wall and provide permanent stabilization, GeoLock Channel Anchors were installed. 

This homeowner reached out to get a quote for repairing their driveway. The driveway had multiple deep cracks, and areas that were significantly out of level. Because it is a stone driveway, replacing it would be costly, and leaving the issues untreated would just cause further damage. In order to fix it, Austin recommended using the PolyLevel system.
