After performing an inspection, Foster then created a custom waterproofing plan that will prevent the growth of mold. First, the crew had to remove all the debris and then seal off the crawl space vents. Additionally, they installed an EverLast door to further create an airtight seal in the crawl space. The crew installed SilverGlo graphite insulation on the walls and then used CleanSpace on the floors and to wrap the piers. The finishing touch was installing a SaniDry Sedona to control the relative humidity and filter out mold spores. Now this homeowner can have peace of mind that this basement and home are protected from mold and moisture.
