Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This customer had issues with a leaking crawl space. There was mold growing in the crawl space due to the moisture and relative humidity levels. These were big concerns for them, so they called us and we were able to set them up with a free inspection. Upon inspection water was found in the crawl space along with a large amount of mold that had grown on the wood. We sent our crew out and they were able to resolve all of these issues. CleanSpace, WaterGuard and a SuperSump pump were installed in the crawl space. All of these work together to keep moisture out of the crawl space. The CleanSpace works as a barrier and allows the water to drain down into the WaterGuard, which takes the water to the super sump pump, which then discharges the water outside and away from the home. This sump pump was installed alongside with Ice Guard which keeps the pump from freezing over, ensuring that there is never a clog and the water drains back into the crawl space. A CleanSpace vent seal was also installed to keep the outside air out, leaving the crawl space completely shut off and dry. The SaniDry Sedona was also used, which is a dehumidifier, the smallest and most efficient that keeps the relative humidity at a certain range, ensuring there is no moisture in the air of the crawl space.

This homeowner has sagging floors due to poor support in the crawl space. After meeting with one of our System Design Specialists and learning about our SmartJacks, the home owner asked us to stabilize their foundation. To do this, our crew installed 6 SmartJacks in the crawl space. These jacks are easily adjustable so they can be installed quickly in crawl spaces. They sit on sturdy bases so they don't sink further into the ground like concrete blocks do. After finalizing the work, the homeowner was very happy with how supported their floors are!

Willie reached out to us to get a free estimate because the floors on the first floor of his home were out of level. Our Resident Sales Pro, Waylon came out to see what the main problem was and he discovered that there was a lack of support in the crawl space, causing the floors to sag. In order to fix this, one of our crews installed a few SmartJacks along with a supplemental beam. SmartJacks are made form strong galvanized steel and they're installed on a sturdy base so they don't settle.
