Lintel Lift Garage Repair in Union City, Ga

The foundation issues caused the brick of their home to spread, which caused the sag in the lintel. In the before photo, you can see the sag, and the cracks that had been caused by the foundation issues. Coley and his crew did a LintelLift, which is a curved steel beam, installed around the garage opening, which is then straightened out lifting the lintel of the garage. In turn, this fixes the sagging of the lintel, relieving the home of the foundation issues. The LintelLift will not repair the cracks, but those can be fixed, now that the concern is not with the integrity of the foundation of the home.
